Howdy Slimes!
Its time for a new update!
Majority of this is cleaning up bugs that remained from a recent overhaul. But last but not least, we got some fun valentines deco and songs!
Oh and Elemental has been reworked a bit... it's tough to balance it...
Make sure to have fun with the new DPS meter on the dummy! Maybe I'll bring it over to rest islands in a near update too.

**New Powerup**
Expedited Suffering: increases rate DoT's Proc
Enhanced Bleed: Increases bleed stacks per proc
Enhanced Fire: Increases fire stacks per proc
Enhanced Poison: Increases poison stacks per prochit
Enhanced Shock: Increases shock stacks per proc
Enhanced Ice: Increases ice stacks per proc
**Changed How Elemental Stats Work**
Attribute powerups now increase chance of successful proc
Enhance powerups increase the stacks applied per proc like before
**New Features**
New Valentines Lobby Song
New Valentines Decoration
reworked loading in accessory and pet so it doesn't freeze
Bearsie added to shop
Snaggle Smile added to shop
Dorpy Smile added to shop
target dummy has DPS meter now
Frost Staff is now in crown shop
**Biomes of passive effects now:**
forest: none
desert: ice and fire buildup is halved
arctic: knockback is 2x larger on enemies and dash cooldown is 2x slower
sweets: enemies move 1.5 times faster ult buildup is 1.5 times faster (mp gain)
- cloudenemy knockback is halved. 2x increased chance of enemies with modifiers
starlit: gravity gets halved
**Bugs / Adjustments**
fixed breeding V20 resulting in D10?
frost staff hit effect reduced
frost staff projectile emission reduced
added Rogue Nightmare in results display
fixed spawner powerup applying elements
fixed training dummy elemental DoTs
