Back again for a new devlog, this time focusing on the changes that happened during March!
🖼️ Visual fixes
Some textures were low quality, here is a small before after:
On that note, the foliage has been densified and a small visual issue has also been fixed on the newly added bushes, here's a quick view of them:
🗺️ A brand new main menu environment!
You may have asked yourself "where is that place in the game?" when looking at the last picture. It is the new main menu! It will replace the old one and features a more accurate way for Emma to reach the house.

🎥 Improved cutscene
The cutscene of the winter garden has been redesigned to be understood better and also make it visually more engaging.

New voice lines are also being added, here is a small tease:
🎮 Gamepad support
Gamepad controls and movement will be part of the full My Dear Emma experience! Since the game is a cozy first person game, it is natural for it to have that accessibility.
A lot more things have been done during that month, but they are either too small or unnoticeable for you to include them in this devlog. Also some changes will be discussed more in-depth in the next one!
