Fixed a bug in the Car Wash where some vehicles were not appearing;
Fixed a bug where the opponent suddenly gained speed;
Fixed a “jerk” bug that occurred after crossing the drag race finish line;
Fixed a bug where one tire rotated out of sync with the other;
Vehicle speeds reworked, improving the sense of speed;
Follower gain/loss logic reworked;
Vehicle deceleration logic reworked (now it actually feels right);
Improved motion blur system (more accurate to speed and artifact-free);
Improved city interface, now smoother;
Improved engine sound system: higher RPM now linearly increases engine roar;
Added language selection interface on game startup (if not previously set);
Rebalanced money gain/loss at the Autódromo dos Largados;
Added +1 body option for the Santono vehicle (requested by Akashi);
Added tire temperature system (correct temperature = increased grip);
Added post-processing effects (can be enabled/disabled in the pause menu);
Added vehicle information interface in the Garage Vehicle Menu;
Added control remapping system (adjustment interface in the pause menu);
Added scene rendering optimization system (Track and Street);
Increased NoguiinTech penalties (poor tuning can now break the car);
Improved NoguiinTech ignition timing system (more sensitive and precise);
Added 2-Step system to NoguiinTech;
