fixedFixed an issue with the suicide button, removed a delay leading into Level 2, Fixed some other issues where the player could clip through a wall, adjusted some of the UI and added the Cream City Chaos arcade cabinet to the Last Rites levels (it's a real place, and there is a full sized arcade cabinet of this game there). Other additional bug fixes.
