Monster Slayers changes
Attention, all Monster Slayers!
Great news! Monster Slayers is back!!! After a long discussion with the publisher, we came to an amicable agreement to transfer all of Nerdook's older games back to me, so they are now fully under my control again (on Steam, at least). To celebrate, I have uploaded a NEW UPDATE for Monster Slayers (v1.5.2):
1.5.2 CHANGELIST:
Ported the game to GameMaker Studio 2, bringing performance improvements across the board with a new engine
Brand new hand-drawn sprites (in the classic Nerdook style) for many of the monsters and characters that were previously using an asset pack
Bug Fix: Companion passives now work properly (they only worked the first time before this)
Bug Fix: Chakram now works properly
QoL Improvement: All items now display a small icon showing their slot
QoL Improvement: Inventory boxes rearranged in the interface
Other bug fixes and QoL improvements!
Now that the games are under my control, look forward to more frequent updates for Nerdook games. I hope you'll continue to have fun slaying Monsters after all these years! P/S: In case you're wondering what else I'm working on right now, check out Cyberpunk Inquisitor, a procedural murder mystery. Do wishlist it if it sounds interesting, it really helps a lot! Cyberpunk Inquisitor
Much love,
nerdook
