Demo Updates

  • Attacks on unaware monsters can no longer miss.

  • Attacks on monsters that idolize you can no longer miss.

  • Reduced monster noise radius. Shouts (such as those from Kobolds) now only alert nearby monsters, reducing unfair situations.

  • Improvements to the Japanese translation.

  • Death Altars now require only a single sacrifice.

  • Healer AI is less annoying, and their ability speed has been reduced.

  • Fixed a game-breaking bug: previously, if a snake bites your private parts several times, the poison would cause instant death.

  • Volcano Staff damage increased.

  • Door Toy can now be used on existing doorways.

  • Removed several items that weren’t very fun and will not appear in the final game: Poison Staff, Triple Razor, Meat Fluid. (We’d love to hear if anyone is disappointed to see these go!)
