addedThe EULA now includes new provisions covering User Content, fan works, and online play, together with provisions on the measures we may take if the prohibited conduct provisions are breached. The Privacy Policy now expressly states that User Content will not be used as training data for generative AI or other machine learning, and that data transmitted for online play is promptly deleted after the room is closed. By using the game on or after the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.
