Mk50TWL Vehicle Battler Custom Slider changes
Changes:
Black market project rework. Now its +1 tech level, not all techs accessible, also reduces diplomatic relations with civilized factions (non-pirate, non-alien).
Task group galaxy UI what is displayed and what not. TG UI is displayed also when at planet but is hidden when there are multiple friendly TG nearby.
Removed hidden inaccuracy penalty when firing on targets too close.
Small other UI changes.
Weapons balance:
Inaccuracy weapons balance.
Missiles faster and more rotation speed in flight (+19%-30%). Now anti air missiles are more viable vs. AA beams.
All weapons accuracy increased (+10%-13%) with exception of beam energy weapons and artillery guided.
Artillery Guided reduced accuracy.
Fixes:
Projectiles graphics bug of them seemingly going backwards sometimes.
Rectangle selection delay in battle in 0.02x slomo, now it happens rarely.
TG UI and related orders delay graphics bug, if it`s still cluttered on loading press 1 turn in campaign.
Fixed options refreshing and improper loading from files.
Fixed main menu tutorial button not re-initiating tutorial popups on starting new campaign sometimes.
Misc. designer fixes.
Faction designs:
T1 Main battle tanks of Unitech Corporation and Alliance of Republics have more frontal hull and turret armor, at the cost of minor speed decrease or less fuel capacity and lower cannon calibre.
There may be minor upkeep differences vs. real upkeep and displayed when loading campaign with these designs.
