addedHello folks!!Today marks the 1 year anniversary for Mix Universe in Early Access. I would have loved to match this day with a new version of the game to play, but instead I think it's wise to hold off just a little bit longer here. Not too much longer though! August 15th is the date for the next update AND a demo version of the game! I truly appreciate the patience and will try my best to prevent 6 month intervals for updates in the future.
addedHello folks!!The initial goal for this update was solely "get the tutorials in-game and up and running". In this process, I should have known this would spiral into "Also I should fix this thing I wanted to fix for a long time, and also I should change this thing I've been wanting to change for a long time". What ended up happening is by the time I got to a point where things felt like the systems were good to go to make the tutorials.. my brain needed to do something else to keep moving forward efficiently. SO.. I decided to add in a feature I've been wanting for a looong time.
addedHello folks!!Being able to land and walk around your mixes. So YES, this is happening and YES, in my opinion, it feels amazing and opens up a whole new perspective to the game.
changedBasic list of things you can expect in the new update in 3 weeks is this.Performance optimization of sound rendering (Upgraded to unreal 5.4)
changedBasic list of things you can expect in the new update in 3 weeks is this.Upgraded voxel system (Uses wayyy less memory and should be faster)
