Hello, everyone! We've just published a fix for the game, addressing the following things:
What changed
- Fixes
- Performance
- Events
- UI and audio
- Gameplay
Mistwinter Bay changes
Fixed
Made sure that Neferu’s personal quest can be accessed
Fixed crashes related to Eugene’s fifth hangout
Whoever is
sent out as a mage
to deal with Damian, succeeds and isn’t okay with
killing in self-defense
no longer loses excessive amounts of reputation. Additionally, all
“extra kills”
(hundreds, at points) that are presented in the end game statistics due to this bug are now reduced to the more reasonable number of 1
Separated two previously overlapping dialogue options when renovating
Artbell house
Corrected the position of Marjorie’s face in Amelie’s personal quest
Eria and Llemyon should now show up to the sovereign’s and Camilla’s wedding if they became uninterested in the sovereign due to
creating an alliance with their country and Meblia in Camilla’s first personal quest
The coin boost given in the
Pegasus-event
no longer charges you double the amount of coins needed to pay for things
When there is a visitor at the inn and you build the other building on the lot that the visitor’s building can be built on, the “new visitor” message in the throne room and the icon above the inn in the town view now disappear
The star icons on the savefiles now only show up on saves that have been manually saved to (i.e. the autosave and seasonal autosaves no longer get stars)
Fixed an issue where the pause menu’s button for auto text speed didn’t match the values of the auto text speed options in the settings menu. As a result, the pause menu button could get the wrong icon and the settings menu option could get missing text. The issue has been fixed by applying the settings menu’s values to the pause menu’s button.
Balancing
Adjusted one of
Llemyon’s
negative reputation events to make it slightly easier to complete without a game over, but added more serious consequences for any townsfolk involved instead
Lowered the cost of making the masquerade more impressive, from 75 and 125 coins to 50 and 100
When hosting a party where people make requests, lowered the cost of the Meblian trade deal of 100 or 75 gold per month to 75 or 50 gold per month
Grammar
Fixed various grammatical mistakes
Adjusted a loading screen tip about hearts to make it clear that they usually don’t indicate a romantic relationship until after a character’s personal quest has been completed
We hope this small update makes the experience with the game even smoother! The Swordlake Entertainment duo
