Mighty Meow changes
⚔️ Biotech Lab Combat Features
You can now wiggle and dash with brief invulnerability. Certain necklace items can give dash damage, making close combat feel more playful and punchy.
Brand new boss battles now appear at the end of each level. Every boss has its own room and bullet patterns.
Earn a time bonus when you fully clear a level on the first attempt within the time limit.
Levels have static traps that will hurt you if you step on them.
Loot chests are now only available one per level and can only be opened once.
💖 Friendship and Animal Chats
Greet animals or give them presents to build friendship.
As your bond grows, animals show their affection through special chat bubbles.
At the highest friendship level, animals will break into a cheerful dance when interacting with you.
Old tutorial popups have been replaced with friendly guidance through animal chats.
⚒️ Crafting and Workshops
A new crafting system introduces new materials, new workshops, and a new helper animal every five levels.
The workshop interface has been improved into a unified all-in-one panel for easier browsing.
Moving items is much simpler with right-click actions from your inventory as well as boxes and workshops.
🏠 Settlement Gameplay
Areas are blocked by broken bridges that you can repair once you reach the required level.
Buildings are built with gold and complete construction instantly.
Assigning collection animals is a simple one-step process: choose an animal, then choose a drop-off box.
🪟 UI/UX
Gold is now always visible in the UI under the health bar.
Inventory and toolbar are now unified into a single clean layout.
The equip panel is merged into the inventory and displays clearer stat details.
Return to Desktop is now available in Settings.

🪅 Visual and Audio
Major visual updates have been made across settlement tiles, including cliffs, trees, flowers, and grass.
Dozens of new or improved sound effects now support everything from building actions to boss attacks.
New particle effects have been added for building, footsteps, dash paws, love bursts, and more.
Additional art touch-ups across animals, settlements, and UI help make the world feel more alive.
