  • Minimum wage, State Pension, Business Licenses, Vehicle Registration, Transit Fares, Street Parking Fee and Tourism fee are now disabled by default in new cities, but you can enable them in the fiscal policies menu.

  • Enabling policies will require political capital points, which are earned daily unless in disapproval. This makes it more difficult to change policies on a whim, and reflects the way real cities take time to change their fiscal policies.

  • Progressive Taxation is now available as a fiscal policy. When enabling it, you can choose a different tax rate for each income bracket (lower, middle, upper).

  • We also improved the city saving system to prevent save file corruption.

  • Hotfixes to tourism, which was not being reported correctly in stats. We also fine-tuned how tourism affects businesses in a more realistic way.
