changedFirst, make sure SteamVR is set as your default OpenXR runtime rather than Windows Mixed Reality (WMR), Oculus, or Viveport. This can boost performance and prevent crashes;
changedSome programs, like VR Toolkit, OpenXR Toolkit, or ReShade, can interfere with the game, Try disabling them to improve stability;
changedTurning off overlays and certain OpenXR API layers may also help with performance;
changedAdditionally, setting your Spectator Screen to 'Off' can also help maintain smooth gameplay.
