What changed

changedUI/UXComponent effect now shows the modified effect according to its modifier (metals will still be rounded down)
changedUI/UXChanged wording for Potent & Frosty (Frosty now shows as 1.5x to be more consistent with other multipliers in the game)
addedUI/UXReworked minimizing the pause mode into a new "Inspect Mode" button, and pause button now covers the game unless you enter Inspect mode
