Nerfed Kage mod
Added delay before the mission complete logo appear so you can enjoy the whole death sequence on all the bosses.
Added some messages for errors in multiplayer

Invicible looper bug with AP ammo
Camera following the wrong character in multiplayer when a previous game was started earlier with the character of the opposite gender
