Hey there Actors!

Before we get into the patch notes, we here at Team Actors want to thank all of you for playing and giving us feedback so far. We've received such kind words as well as clear feedback on what to improve and we couldn't be more grateful!

We are evaluating all the feedback we get, here on Steam, sent in-game through the feedback tool, in our community discord and elsewhere. It's helping us a ton with refining our priorities and making sure we work on the most important issues first.

Know that we hear you loud and clear: Saving & Loading is coming next week! This is a particular issue that was brought up numerous times & we have bumped it up to the list of highest priority tasks!

Now for the patch notes

New Additions:

- It is now possible to navigate all interaction with Actors using your keyboard (E to interact/select, W and S to go up and down the interaction menus)

- New minimap + new icons for actors

- When you hover over items in crafting menus, you can see additional info

Improvements:

- Parts of the HUD have been improved & tidied up, with new animations & scaling improvements

- Interaction with actors has been tidied up and all the crafting jobs have been put in their own little sub-section

- You no longer have to chase your actors to try and talk to them, when you approach them, they will wait for you

- Décor changing interactable has received a "subtle" improvement to make it more visible

- Collision around the map has been improved & clarified a bit more (now featuring all new fences to block your path!)

- Wood workshop has been cleaned up

- The fading of items & walls has gotten a pass to make it more consistent and comfortable

- Startup menu buttons centered & it now tells you to press any button (we recommend the Y key)

Bugfixes:

- Actors no longer run away while talking to them - Player character no longer keeps walking while selecting items to craft - (Spot)lights have been turned on - Actors no longer randomly walk across the stage while the play is happening - The camera to see the play happening has gotten it's front row seat back - You are no longer required to resolve a conflict in 3 seconds, it now pauses the timer. - Small animation fixes - Conflicts work correctly and actors will actually let you fully solve them - UI no longer randomly becomes uninteractable - Actors can have more than 1 conflict in their lifetime - Minimap now hides behind crafting UI where it belongs - Switching between actors in the play overview no longer breaks when you switch left

There is still plenty of work to be done and we already have more improvements & fixes in the work, so look out for another update next week!
