Mech Havoc changes
It appears that the new Haven forces were a bit too enthusiastic about joining the fight. While I appreciate the energy, it was a bit much.
Enemy Changes Haven Changes
Enforcers spawn a bit less often and now also drop Plasteel.
Armed Response now spawns less often and begins appearing 1 threat level later.
Increased RIOT Plasteel reward
Cruiser now drops Plasteel
Reinforcement System Changes
More time is now allowed between reinforcement waves, giving players more breathing room.
A stricter cap is now enforced on wave spawn locations. For example, in the Field Research mission, you should now see a maximum of about 2 active reinforcement wave points at any given time.
The system is now stricter about preventing reinforcements from spawning too close to the player.

Magazine size: 250 > 400
Damage: 7 > 6

Reload Time: 3 > 2
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where modded hover vehicles became uncontrollable when tank controls were enabled for mechs.
