restore previous selection when exiting popups
fix spawn vehicle logic being inverted for tile checks (auto corrected on load)
more combat tuning
heroes who are alive and did NOT get the killing blow get half XP
trade and equip popups will show the delta bonus of armor or weapons
reduce spawning of harder monsters until you level
added a Healer in the first town for new games
added an Innkeeper on second level behind locked door of first town for new games
lowered healing costs from a Healer
fix torch light radius drawing problem when zoning
can't enter a dungeon with a vehicle.
can't enter town/tower with tank or ship.
fixed dead characters setting "escaped" state
reduced death penalties for easy and normal difficulties
added hero skill descriptions in F1 help screen
reduced wanderer monster difficulty scaled to hero levels (no more dragons at level 1)
