Mandate Order changes
Dear Fortifiers,
seeing each other is like meeting each other.
There are only a few days left before "Mandate Order" officially opens early access.
Recently, we have seen a lot of familiar voices in the comments section.
Some people are already waiting a little anxiously:
“Finally it’s time!!”
"What did Jiligulu say? Release it soon."
Some people are still confirming:
"How updated is it now?"
"How many meters will this game be sold for?"
"Can I play with 1050Ti?"
Another player asked:
"Do I still need to test the qualifications on the 12th, or can I just buy it and play?"
And what everyone has always been concerned about:
"Can you guarantee the frequency of updates?"
Let us clarify these issues once and for all today.
Earlier today, we have released a complete update record from the public demo to the early access version, which summarizes a large number of system adjustments, performance optimizations and bug fixes completed in the past few months.
That article answered:
What has changed in "Mandate Order" since the demo ended?
What this article wants to answer is:
What can everyone play on August 12th? What configuration is required? How to buy? What will EA continue to update in the future?
1. August 12th is not a qualification test. You can enter the game by purchasing it.
Answer the most direct question first.
"Mandate Order" will be released at:
August 12, 2026 10:00 (Beijing time)
Early access is officially launched, log in:
l Steam
l Epic Games Store
This is not a closed beta that requires qualification, nor does it require additional testing permissions.
After the store is open for purchase, all players can directly purchase, download and enter the game.
There is currently no pre-order. Players who have previously obtained Steam game activation codes through activities can activate the game on Stema after receiving the activation code.
The price of the early access version of "Mandate Order" in the country is:
68 yuan, enjoy 15% off during the first launch period, 57.80 yuan after discount
The offer lasts for two weeks.

2. What can you play in the first version of the game?
For players who enter "Mandate Order" for the first time
"Mandate Order" is an Oriental war construction simulation game set in the Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period of China.
You will start from a border stronghold and build roads, farmland, residences, workshops, warehouses, and city walls to allow wood, food, weapons, and people to truly flow. Then, through retainers, national policies, diplomacy, conscription, and war, you will gradually manage the stronghold into a city-state that can stand in troubled times.
Management and war here are not two separate gameplays.
Population expansion will bring more demand for food and housing; recruiting troops will take away the civilians who were originally responsible for production and farming; how the city walls are laid out and whether the material reserves are sufficient will directly determine whether an invasion can be defended.
What everyone is constantly experiencing is a process from "discovering problems, planning and construction" to "scheduling resources and obtaining feedback":
Disciples of different schools will change urban development and national policy choices; city walls, chariots, line formations, and terrain with different heights will allow the early construction results to truly enter the battlefield. Everyone needs to continuously balance between city building, farming, people's livelihood, diplomacy, and offense and defense to run a military city-state that can survive in troubled times.
For players who have played the Demo
This early access version does not just simply add some content.
After the demo, we focused on solving several problems repeatedly mentioned by players: lack of clarity in the novice stage, difficulty in understanding logistics rules, insufficient feedback from some systems, and lags and crashes in some hardware environments.
Therefore, after re-entering the game, you will see:
l The opening settings and information descriptions are more complete;
l Logistics and post station rules have been readjusted;
l The process of cultivating, caring for and harvesting farmland is clearer;
l The relationship between recruitment, armory and equipment has been reorganized;
l The time and frequency of invasions can be adjusted, and bandits no longer just refresh regularly;
l The performance of city walls, pathfinding, formations, long-distance marches and high speeds will continue to be optimized;
l Numerous adjustments have been made to UI prompts, archiving, performance and stability.
These changes don't mean all problems are over.
But compared to the Demo version, we hope that the current version of "Mandate Order" will allow everyone to understand more quickly why the city works and what the consequences of each of their choices will be.
Simply put:
New players will experience an Eastern city-state that grew from scratch, from management to war;
Players who have played the demo will see that the city has become clearer, more comfortable, and closer to what we want it to be.
3. Is this the completed version 1.0?
No.
Launched on August 12th is the early access version of "Mandate Order".
At present, the core gameplay loop of the game has been established, and you can experience the main content from city construction, population and people's livelihood, farming and logistics, to recruitment, city defense, diplomacy, retainers, national policy and war.
However, the early access version will still continue to be developed. Including building upgrades, decorative buildings, more agricultural content, livestock systems, as well as further performance and art adjustments, will be added in the EA stage.

4. What configuration can be used to play?
A player in the comment area asked:
"Can I play with 1050Ti?"
According to the currently announced configuration requirements, the GTX 1050 Ti is lower than the RTX 2060 in the official minimum configuration and is not within the range of hardware that we can guarantee a stable experience.
Minimum configuration
l Operating system: Windows 10
l Processor: Intel Core i7-9700 / AMD Ryzen 5 3600
l Memory: 16 GB RAM
l Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6GB / AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT 6GB / Intel Arc A750
l DirectX: Version 12
l Storage: 20 GB available space
l Sound card: Windows-compatible audio device
Recommended configuration
l Operating system: Windows 10
l Processor: Intel Core i7-12700K / AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
l Memory: 16 GB RAM
l Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB / AMD Radeon RX 6800 16GB
l DirectX: Version 12
l Storage: 20 GB available space
l Sound card: Windows-compatible audio device
The above are the minimum and recommended configurations that have been announced to the public.
From the end of the demo to now, we have advanced many performance optimizations such as multi-threaded logic, scene UI architecture, vegetation shadows, unit sleep, animation and special effects resources, long-distance pathfinding and large-scale combat.
However, different city sizes, population numbers, battle scales and hardware environments will still produce different performances.
Performance and stability will continue to be the long-term focus of the entire EA stage.

5. What will be updated in "Mandate Order" after August 12th?
One player said:
"Can you guarantee the frequency of updates?"
We understand why people are concerned about this.
For an early access game, what really matters is not "We will continue to update", but what we are going to do next.
Therefore, we have compiled the currently confirmed EA phase update plan.
Late August: New map and visual style
l New map: Colorful Danxia
l New style: green landscape mini map
The new map will further enrich the terrain experience of "Mandate Order" and will also create new strategic changes in resource distribution, urban planning and defense conditions.
Late September: Building upgrades, decorative buildings and performance optimization
Building upgrade phase one
l Some buildings began to be displayed in fine arts
¡ All existing architectural art expressions will continue to be replaced in the future.
l Some buildings support upgrading to level 3
l Add additional effects after upgrading the corresponding building
l Adjust system content related to building upgrades
decorative building
l Supports free arrangement of various small objects
¡ Such as war drums, statues, etc.
Performance optimization
l Further optimize frame rate
l Reduce performance load
Late October: First phase of farmland expansion and livestock system
More recipes for farmland
l Farmland supports growing more crops
l Add related industrial chains and new buildings derived from crops
Livestock System Phase 1
l Supports raising chickens, dogs, cows, mysterious animals, etc.
Continue to advance during EA
In addition to the above-mentioned stages, we will also continue to advance:
l Become the king and then fight for hegemony in the world, expanding the gameplay outwards
l Battle plot gameplay such as the Battle of Changping
l Unfinished buildings in the development tab, such as martial arts arenas, divination, etc.
l Complete logistics system (warehouse will return in the future)
l More new maps
l Multi-language translation issues and UI performance
l More content and system polishing
l City-state growth and combat experience
l Balance adjustments
l Player feedback processing
l Performance and stability optimization
l etc...
The above is the team’s current development plan.
The specific content and update time may be adjusted based on actual development progress and player feedback. We'll also continue to sync through update announcements and development logs as changes occur.
We will not promise a fixed slogan such as "one update every three days and one update every five days" that is difficult to guarantee in the long term.
But we will continue to explain:
What are you doing now, what have you solved, and where are you going next.
6. Some people will be the first to enter the city, while others are ready to take a look first.
Someone said:
"It's finally time to start."
“I want to play even more after watching it.”
Some people are ready to wait a few days to see the feedback from the first players.
These choices are normal.
"Mandate Order" is an early access game.
We hope that you will decide whether to enter this city based on what the launch version actually offers, your hardware situation, and whether it matches your interests.
Start from a border stronghold.
Farm crops, build cities, dispatch workers, recruit clients, and organize armies.
Between chaos and invasion, run an oriental city-state that truly belongs to you.
The city gate is about to open.
We will meet on the battlefield at 10 a.m. on August 12th.
