changedTwo days after launch and I can already hear the complaints stacking up like rusty nails in a beer barrel. Complaints are bad for business, ahem... so I grabbed the hammer and did what the Guild pays me for (they don’t, but let me dream). Here’s what got smacked into shape.
fixedFixed
changedPrevent the game from freezing in Simplified Chinese: nastier bug than it looked. We had to upgrade the Unity version, then re-test the whole game. It should be solid now. Sorry to our Chinese players, nothing personal, just engine cursed text magic.
fixedClean up localization mistakes, especially Spanish: yes, we accidentally shoved Italian into Spanish, totally our fault, totally embarrassing, totally fixed, plus a few lazy untranslated titles got kicked into line.
fixedFix the missing Workshops tooltip: it’s back, it talks, it stops pretending the button is "self-explanatory".
changedKeep the reputation tutorial marker from hiding the objective: no more UI playing peekaboo while you’re trying to make coins.

Now read. Then go make coins.

Fixed

  • Prevent the game from freezing in Simplified Chinese: nastier bug than it looked. We had to upgrade the Unity version, then re-test the whole game. It should be solid now. Sorry to our Chinese players, nothing personal, just engine cursed text magic.

  • Clean up localization mistakes, especially Spanishyes, we accidentally shoved Italian into Spanish, totally our fault, totally embarrassing, totally fixed, plus a few lazy untranslated titles got kicked into line.
  • Fix the missing Workshops tooltip: it’s back, it talks, it stops pretending the button is "self-explanatory".

  • Prevent the Workshops loop from resetting itself: the machine wanted "creative freedom", I gave it "do your job".

  • Keep the reputation tutorial marker from hiding the objective: no more UI playing peekaboo while you’re trying to make coins.

  • Show the reputation value in ranking descriptions: because "trust me bro" is not a number.

  • Align the kingdom bonus value display between the Kingdom panel and the map ranking recap: the bonus "convert gold from quick sales to the Guild into favors" now shows the same value everywhere. Thanks to our lovely Discord goblins for catching it!

If anything still breaks, report it in-game, on Discord, or by email: hello@clevertrickster.com. Complaints are cheap, reports are profit.

If you’re having fun, drop a positive Steam review: it feeds the algorithm, keeps the Guild off our backs, and yes, it’s good for business.

Now go sell. More contracts = more upgrades = more power = more coins = more beer.

Yours "faithfully", Dagrima
