[Announcement] Early Access Benefit Notice

We would like to update everyone regarding the status of the DLC relation issue that occurred after the full-version release.

Our original intent was to provide all of the DLC characters for free to all the early access users after the full-version release. However, because it was our first time launching a game through Steam, we had difficulty fully understand the steam system. Because of this, we have caused many misunderstandings and unpleasantness to all the users.

We have experienced a minor issue with the DLC that was submitted for review. Thus, we have resubmitted last Saturday which have been approved today morning. The DLC is currently on stand-by for the release.

Also, we have requested steam if there was any way for us to separate users that have purchased within a certain time frame but received a reply that it was not possible. (We wanted to provide free DLC to users that purchased during the early access period).

  3. How to Obtain Benefits > A. Search "MagiaX" on Steam > B. Select the DLC and download > C. Open MagiaX

  4. Duration to Obtain Benefit: > Current to 3/7 12:00 AM UTC Note: Leta Vinis and Morgan von Shill will change to paid DLC on 3/8 UTC. You must purchase Leta and Morgon after 3/8 UTC to obtain them. =============================================================================

We apologize for causing inconvenience and unpleasantness to all users for not fully grasping the steam system earlier.
