Machick 2 changes
This is, without exaggeration, the biggest update Machick 2 has had so far.
Over the last few months we basically revisited everything: read feedback, watched playthroughs, cursed our own code, and finally reached a version we can proudly say:
Machick 2 is better than ever.
This update mainly focuses on skills, progression, items, and overall gameplay feeling.
🔥 Main Highlights
Most skill artworks redesigned
New skill and progression system
kills can now be leveled up to level 20
Endgame skill customization system
New infinite-stacking item system
New map modifier system
Revamped upgrade system
Gameplay is far more flexible and breakable (in a good way)
Performance massively improved (what happened here is absurd)
🎨 Redesigned Skill Art
Most skill visuals were remade.
Goals:
Improve combat readability Increase visual impact Make many skills actually feel powerful (because they are)
Now you can understand what’s happening on screen… even when chaos takes over.
🧠 New Skill & Progression System
The skill system was completely rebuilt.
Now:
Each skill can reach level 20 Progression is clearer, more satisfying, and more breakable Builds matter much more than before
But the main part comes next…
💀 Endgame Skill Customization
After you max every skill, the game doesn’t end — it truly begins.
You can now customize each skill your way:
Want a skill that fills half the screen? A skill with absurd damage? Or a skill with ridiculous quantity?
Now you decide.
Every player can shape their skills into:
broken builds weird builds stupid builds builds that shouldn’t exist (but do)
And we love that.
🧳 New Item System (No Limits Now)
The item system also changed a lot.
You can now stack items infinitely during a run.
Yes — no cap.
This makes every run:
Much more unique Much more unpredictable Much more breakable
Each run basically becomes a scientific experiment of “how far can this scale before the screen explodes”.
⚔️ New Map Modifier System
The way you play can now completely change.
Now you choose the rules.
Stronger enemies? No taking damage? Everything faster than it should be? Empty-handed? Or just absolute chaos?
Modifiers turn every run into something different:
harder runs more chaotic runs unfair runs runs that clearly weren’t meant to be beaten
Every combination becomes a new challenge.
And some of them… you may regret enabling.
🔭 Revamped Upgrade System
The star system has been completely rebuilt:
New ways to earn stars More strategic choices New menu design More flexible system (we can’t wait for the future 👀)
💧 The Wand Crafting System Has Been Simplified
Each element now has a single passive ability.
That passive automatically scales with its level during the map.
This makes builds: Easier to understand Clearer in decision-making Much more consistent as they evolve
🧩 Gameplay & Overall Feel
This update makes Machick 2:
More dynamic More flexible More fun to experiment with builds Less restrictive and more of a “chaos sandbox”
Basically: the game now encourages you to break it.
⚡ Performance & Resource Usage
Improvements made in critical areas
Over 70% RAM usage reduction in heavy situations Core gameplay calculations reworked Silent high-impact bugs fixed Much more stable FPS
🧬Fusions Were disabled for a while
We're making some big changes to the game's core.
Our plan is to restructure the Fusion system and bring this feature back in a more impactful way, making your decisions during skill construction will really make a difference.
Fusion will be back soon — better than ever.
