New Features

Added the Wolf Trap item (findable on the map)
Added the ability for wolves to revert back to human form (configurable)
Added the negative potion effect: Teleportation
Added teleportation portals on the map (single-use and randomly activated)
Added new spawns for items

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue that prevented players from voting for a player when a corpse was beneath them
