addedThe first version was rough around the edges—it had its charm but felt outdated. So, I made a tough decision: I scrapped first version as well as team as a whole, adapted the story, and completely rebuilt the game from the ground up with new, talented and deeply engaged group of people (true anime lovers) I'm proud to now call my team and partners. You can even see the old art in our trailer for comparison! This also led us to found our own art studio, ncls.io . Every setback was a step forward.
changedA Fair Price: We will be pricing it accessibly. Our goal isn't to get rich in an instant; it's to deliver a memorable experience and earn your support for our future.
changedThat's why we're releasing a FREE DEMO during the "Games to Be" festival in October . It will include the full prologue and the first scene (teased in the trailer). We will gather your feedback and do our best to implement improvements into the remaining three main chapters and endings.
addedCloser to the demo release, we will update the Steam page with new screenshots and assets.

The Story My name is SplitFunk, and I sold my motorcycle to make this dream a reality. I've always been a gamer at heart, and the desire to create my own worlds finally pushed me to quit my job in logistics a year ago. I started with what I could afford: a visual novel. As a lifelong anime fan, the choice of style was obvious.

  • A Fair Price: We will be pricing it accessibly. Our goal isn't to get rich in an instant; it's to deliver a memorable experience and earn your support for our future.

  • Diverse Art: Six different artists contributed to the game. We can't wait to hear which characters and styles you love the most!

Your Support Means Everything

This project is our first step. Your support and feedback are crucial for us to prototype our next, even more ambitious anime-style game. We need not just funding from sales, but also your voices and community.

That's why we're releasing a FREE DEMO during the "Games to Be" festival in October. It will include the full prologue and the first scene (teased in the trailer). We will gather your feedback and do our best to implement improvements into the remaining three main chapters and endings.

The full version is planned for release by the end of 2025.
