Loya changes
This patch includes several improvements, bug fixes, and new features that I hope will greatly enhance your gameplay experience. Here’s a summary of what’s new and improved:
Classes and Skills
Warrior Class Update:
Introducing a brand-new ultimate ability for warriors, Sun dance, increases the warrior's attack range and deals fire damage. Revisited and retained the original design for the warrior's 3rd hit.
Skill Tooltips:
Updated skill tooltips for charged spells to correctly display the hotkey. Corrected alignment issues in mage skill tooltips.
Water Mechanics
Enhanced Water Interactions: Overhauled the underwater controller for a more fluid experience. Reworked main floating controller for smoother movement in water. Fixed issues with water effects not appearing correctly. Added a Water bar that depletes underwater, with death occurring at 0.
Sound Adjustments
Balanced Audio Effects: Adjusted potion sound effects for better audio quality. Eliminated the hit sound on snail encounters for more realistic combat sounds.
Production Bug Fixes
Critical Solutions:
Resolved a significant issue with saving in build mode local server; game now performs an auto-save every 10 seconds. Fixed multiplayer playability issues related to Steam and data packet handling. Ensured that characters now correctly start with 3 lives. Addressed a bug where skills would disappear and become unusable under certain conditions. Corrected the persistence of BuildingBlocks after destruction.
Other Important Fixes:
Fixed the game not starting in fullscreen mode despite the setting being enabled. Solved an issue with the Fog of War not resetting correctly after a game over. Resolved a bug causing the TooltipUI to display inadvertently when picking up items. Improved overall game performance, particularly focusing on resolving micro freezes. UI and Quality of Life Improvements UI Enhancements:
Increased quest tracker font size for better visibility. Added customizable HUD elements, including player and target HP bars. Implemented an autorun key for easier navigation. Upgraded the minimap with zoom in/out functionality and settings memory. Inventory and Key Bindings:
Fixed item stacking issues to ensure proper functionality. Resolved an issue with reassigning the key binding for the roll action.
