changedMeet Various Fates After the MissionI'd say that my current campaign system is currently on par with the good old Gunship 2000. There are 3 kinds of campaigns available in Low Level Hunters to defeat ruthless Hijonstan army as a Serimosian pilot.

Each campaigns have their own level of difficulty as follows:

  • Grassland: a moderately challenging campaign, with mid-tier enemy units and fine environment.

  • Desert: Due to Its high temperature, helicopters are harder to fly and FLIR becomes less useful during daytime. But enemies are mostly consisted of Morupe rebel riflemen and low-tier vehicles.

  • Snowfield: the most challenging campaign with Top-tier Hijonstan forces. Its low temperature makes the helicopters fly more efficient than usual, and the field generally have more mountains to take cover, but The enemy have the most sophisticated anti-air equipments.

Complete Missions to Progress Campaign

The player is tasked to complete the Primary and Secondary objectives in the campaign.

Completing both objectives will provide great advantage to allied forces and progress the campaign, but failing them will make your forces retreat.

Advancing to the last campaign area and occupying the enemy headquarter will lead the campaign to victory, and retreating to the opposite end will result in defeat. Your contribution to the campaign is crucial!

Meet Various Fates After the Mission

Your action in the missions now have lasting consequences. It's all good and fine if you finish your task and return to base smoothly, but there are various odds for ending your flight somewhere in the field.

If you landed at allied territory, you will likely be rescued by your allied helicopters. but if you unfortunately landed on the enemy's, you may end up getting captured, MIA, or escape from enemies with some luck.

Getting injured in the duty will award you a Purple heart, but you won't be able to fly for several days to cure your wounds.

Destroying too many civilian buildings will decrease the civilian support and make your campaign harder, and causing too many friendly fire will finish your career with execution.

I'd say that my current campaign system is currently on par with the good old Gunship 2000. Which is fine, But I believe I can make my campaign a bit more advanced than that with some additional events and resource managements. But before further improving the campaign, There's one important content I need to focus right now...

Another New Bird is Approaching!

Helicopter support is not perfect without assault, and MD-500 defender simply doesn't cut it.

My work from mid-June to July is going to be creating the Playable UH-1H Iroquois, and Mi-8TBK Hip for the opposing Hijonstan force!

Unlike Defender, This new helicopter will be able to carry up to 6 infantries while having 2 door gunners and turret-mounted miniguns, rocket pods, and 40mm nose turret to clear the landing zone. Prepare for intense assault operations!

Wrapping Up

This is what I have added in last 3 weeks. Thanks for reading, and I will make sure to showcase the fully operating UH-1H at the end of July!
