addedDev UpdateTo begin, we’d like to thank everyone who played Lost in Prayer and had fun discovering every nook and cranny of the game since its launch. We greatly appreciate your support! As you all know, Nine Dots is a small studio, and with Outward 2’s release being closer than ever, we had to rethink on how we distribute our resources to make sure we maintain the level of quality we expect from our games. This is why, after this patch for the Mastery update, we're going to halt progress on Lost in Prayer’s Early Access for a while. We'd like to apologize for not delivering the ambitious roadmap we promised nearly a year ago. We realized the game needed more than we initially planned to become a game we could all be proud of. Before its launch, we realized Lost in Prayer wasn't reaching an audience and wouldn’t be a financial success. We could have shipped the game in 1.0 with fewer features, made it exist and simply moved on. Instead, we chose to release it in Early Access because we knew it had the potential to be a great game that could bring new players to the Traditional Roguelike genre. We also wanted to involve you guys in this collaborative Early Access process. As a studio, we want to make sure Lost in Prayer gets the attention it deserves but right now, we're not able to give it that level of focus. So we're putting Lost in Prayer on hold for now until we can safely allocate more resources to it and finally deliver the ambitious Traditional Roguelike we’ve had in mind. Right now, we can't commit on a timeline for a future update for Lost in Prayer but we're dedicated to committing the resources to finish it as soon as the time is right.

As you all know, Nine Dots is a small studio, and with Outward 2’s release being closer than ever, we had to rethink on how we distribute our resources to make sure we maintain the level of quality we expect from our games.
