Hello everyone!

Locomochi changes
After months of development, we're excited to announce the very first public playtest for Locomochi!
Since September 2025, we've been pouring our hearts into building this tiny world of toy trains, cozy puzzles, and adorable characters. Until now, we've mostly shared our progress through development updates, but we finally feel it's time to put the game into the hands of players.
Why a limited playtest?
We don't just want to know if the game works. We want to know how it feels.
Is the onboarding clear?
Are the puzzles satisfying?
Does controlling the little locomotive feel as fun as we imagined?
We want this first group of players to become part of Locomochi's journey. Your impressions, suggestions, and bug reports will directly help us improve the game before its first public demo.
Available during Steam's Train Fest
This isn't an open demo.
During Steam Train Fest, we'll be opening a limited public playtest, granting access to a selected number of players who want to help us shape Locomochi before its first public demo (coming soon!!!)
If you're curious about cozy puzzle games, toy trains, or simply want to help shape an indie game from its early days, we'd love to have you aboard.
What to expect
This playtest is still a work in progress. You'll encounter placeholder elements, unfinished art, and features that are still evolving.
What you will find is the core of Locomochi:
Cozy, pressure-free puzzle solving.
Direct control of a tiny toy locomotive.
A handcrafted miniature world full of charming characters.
The opportunity to help us make the game better.
How to participate
Click Request Access on the Steam Playtest page.
We'll gradually invite players over the coming days, so don't worry if you aren't accepted immediately.
And if you enjoy your time with Locomochi, adding the game to your wishlist is one of the best ways to support our small team.
Thank you so much for following our journey. We can't wait to hear what you think.
See you on the rails! 🚂❤️
