LEGION:DEAD METAL changes
Over the past weeks I’ve spent a lot of time reading feedback, watching gameplay, and taking an honest look at the current state of Legion: Dead Metal.
The feedback made one thing clear: the game needs more than small fixes or quick patches. Many of the core systems and areas of the game require major reworking and, in some cases, complete redesigns.
Because of this, Legion: Dead Metal is now entering a full redevelopment phase.
This rebuild will affect nearly every part of the game, including:
Story and narrative structure
Combat and enemy encounters
Graphics, lighting, and atmosphere
Level design and pacing
Audio and immersion
Overall game length and content variety
The goal is not to simply “improve” the current version, but to rebuild Legion: Dead Metal into the experience it was originally meant to be.
I also want to be transparent: this process will take time. The scale of the feedback received cannot realistically be addressed with a few tweaks or updates over a couple of weeks. Many systems need to be rebuilt properly from the ground up, and that means development will continue over the coming months.
To everyone who already purchased the game
thank you for taking a chance on the project and for providing honest feedback.
All current owners of Legion
Dead Metal will receive the remastered version as a free update when it releases.
As the game grows in quality, scope, and content, the price will also increase to reflect the expanded experience and redevelopment effort.
I know rebuilding trust takes more than words. From this point forward, the focus is on showing real progress and delivering a much stronger version of Legion: Dead Metal.
Thank you to everyone who supported the project, criticized it honestly, and helped point out where it needs to improve.
