Legends of Ellaria changes
Hallo Ellarians,
We Just uploaded a new version with several important fixes and with balancing to kingdom management.
We fixed several issues with magic effects, NPC spawning, and improved the performance of outdoor locations.
In addition, we changed kingdom-related stats based on your suggestions and based on our testing. You should now have an easier start and also build larger kingdoms with a smaller penalty to your economy. We also improved the maintenance and effectiveness of earlier units, such as the militia, to allow you to defend your kingdom against raiders.
We wish to thank you for your feedback. We will continue to fix and tweak any issue we'll find and balance and add things by your suggestion. Also, stay tuned for the Necromancer DLC.

Fixed more situations where the personal shield would not disappear
Fixed locations not spawning certain creatures and NPC's
Slightly Improved the outdoor performance
Fixed multiple issues with rain and wetness
Kingdom balancing
Establish Commerce (Economy Lvl1) tech now adds +20 happiness, and a bonus of 15 tax efficiency instead of 20
Law and Order (Management Lvl1) tech adds 35 management instead of 20
Reduced outpost management cost from 10 to 8
Reduced library management cost from 5 to 3
Reduced farm complex and lumber mill complex management cost from 5 to 4
Army balancing
Raised Militia soldier value points from 10 to 12
Lowered Militia upkeep from 10 to 8
Lowered Scout upkeep from 12 to 10
Increased Guardsman soldier value point to 20
