Last State changes
Survivors, get ready! Latest update introduces changes designed to deepen your experience, making the world more immersive and your choices more meaningful. Here is an overview of what’s waiting for you:
Skill Tree Rebalance
All skills has new rebalanced specializations to pick up. You can pick up one specialization and upgrade it to Tier III. Now you immediately receive a message when skill specialization is avaliable.
Achievements Rebalance
Achievements has new rewards for more immersive gameplay and rebalanced challenges. Now you immediately receive a message when achievements are done.
Buying Animals
Now you can buy various animals in settlements. Each animal has unique purpose. Ducks provides eggs, sheeps wool, horse increase weight capacity.
You can buy up to nine different animals.
Greenhouse & Farming Rebalance
Greenhouse has now total overhaul. What is new:
Tiers - each tier provide specific bonuses (higher tiers allow you to collect seeds)
Treating - now you have to take care of plants
Farmer - in settlement you can hire a farmer, new NPC, which you can assign to greenhouse
Caravans
Now you can use fast traveling between settlements. Caravans are fast, but roads could be dangerous. During traveling with caravans you can be a part of new events.
Apiary Rebalance
Beekeeping is now complex system with specific activites to providing honey. You have to take care of apiaries, bees and be ready to facing random events.
In settlement you can hire a new NPC- beekeeper. He will take care of your apiary, while you will be on journey.
Storage system
New storage system, which provide you better saving for your loot.
Items in containers will not despawn.
Weather Forecast
With barometer you can now predict weather, which help you to survive in hostile world. You can see upcoming weather changes, but also informations about basic events.
Defensive Structures
Bandits now can raid your house. To protect your values, you have to build defensive structures.
If bandits raids your house, when you are on journey, defensive structures could prevent looting your items in house.
Expedition Caches
Now you receive a message when you step on tile, where could be an expedition cache. Amount of caches was increased from 5 to 15, but they are now respawing each 15 days.
Other significant update
Repair tools & cloths mechanics - now you have to repairing your tools and clothes
NPCs crafting rebalance -crafters has own skill level and chance to success or craft better quality items
Cook - new NPC, which providing cooking services for value or resources.
Trading in settlements - NPCs are now selling all items, but high value items has less chance
New quests related to NPC roles - some of specific NPCs has unique role related quests
