Welcome back to our second Development Log for Landscaper Simulator!

In Devlog #1, we talked about taming the wild green chaos with your grass cutter. But what happens when the overgrown weeds are gone, and you’re left looking at years of caked-on dirt and grime?

It’s time to bring out the heavy artillery: The Pressure Washer. 🔫💦

✨ Blast Away the Grime

Once the lawn is looking neat, you'll often notice that the fences, stone pathways, benches, and building elevations are in desperate need of a deep clean. This is where the true restoration begins.

We know how incredibly satisfying power washing is—both in real life and in gaming. We’ve designed this mechanic to give you that instant, visual reward. There is nothing quite like slowly blasting away a thick layer of brown mud to reveal the bright, beautiful brickwork or polished wood underneath.

  • Satisfying Transformation: As your water stream hits a dirty surface, the grime completely washes away in real-time, leaving a perfectly clean trail behind it.

  • The Sounds of Clean: We paired the satisfying visuals with the relaxing, continuous hum of the water pump and the splashing of high-pressure water. It’s pure, stress-free ASMR.

  • Attention to Detail: You’ll need to make sure you get into every corner and crevice. Whether it's a muddy suburban driveway or a mossy statue in the city park, watching the progress bar hit 100% clean is an unbeatable feeling.

🔧 Upgrading Your Washer

Just like with your grass cutter, your starter pressure washer will get the job done, but you can always do it better and faster. As you earn money from completing cleanups, you can hit the shop to upgrade your gear!

  • Wide Nozzle: Unlock wider spray patterns to clean large driveways faster, or focused, high-pressure nozzles for stubborn, hard-to-reach grime.

  • More Power: Upgrade your pump to blast away the toughest layers of dirt with absolute ease.

🚜 What's Next?

So, the grass is cut and the pathways are sparkling clean. What’s left? In our next devlog, we’ll talk about the final touch of any perfect restoration: Vacuuming Trash and Debris! 🗑️
