❄️ Kriophobia - Release Date Announcement!

The fear of the cold is about to become a reality. Kriophobia will be officially released on November 20, 2025! 🎉

Kriophobia is a third-person survival horror game that combines psychological storytelling with hand-drawn static cameras.

A Long Journey It has been over a decade since a young and newly formed Fira Soft decided to make an experiment: to render a reconstruction of the mirror room from Resident Evil.

The success of that test sparked the idea that led us to take on the challenge of creating our own survival horror inspired by the classics of the genre.

Since then, a lot has happened. Really, a lot. Our game began as a point-and-click for mobile devices and has gone through countless transformations.

It was approved in the old Greenlight program, had a crowdfunding campaign that did not succeed, and at one point had to be completely restarted.

Along the way, Kriophobia also gained new partners.

First, ANCINE, without whom the game would probably have been canceled or still on hold to this day. More recently, indie.io joined us, helping bring Kriophobia to many more people around the world.

Above all, Kriophobia has been, and continues to be, a journey built by people. So many have been crucial along the way that it would be impossible to name them all.

Some have been with us from the beginning, others joined and later moved on, and new people have come aboard along the way.

During this time, four babies were born to our team, and we lost a dear friend who was simply the best person anyone could ever meet. She would be so happy to celebrate this moment with us now.

Kriophobia has been a journey of persistence that taught us to deliver the best we could within our real possibilities. That mindset is what brought us here.
