Character Introduction - Nanami Kagura

NANAMI KAGURA

Today we wanted to start introducing the main characters you'll meet in Kotodama: The 7 Mysteries of Fujisawa.

It's fair to say that the first, most important character you'll meet is Nanami Kagura. Outside of Mon-chan, the little demon fox, she's the first character you come across.

She's sweet, kind-hearted and a constant bundle of energy, she also takes you under her wing and gives you the initial tour of the Fujisawa Academy.

She's also important in that she's also involved in your first attempt at using your power - Kotodama. This the means by which you strip your target in a bid to get to the truth.

But underneath all that rampant enthusiasm for life, you soon detect just a twinge of sadness. What's bothering her? Why is she so obsessed with the 'Curse of Mikoto' - one of the seven mysteries of Fujisawa?

We have a soft spot for Nanami, mainly because she's one of the first characters we created. Above is a little of the original concept art when we were developing. She's been with us from the start, so she has a special place in our heart!
