Konkwest now finally has a tutorial! It's not complete yet, but it should be when the game is released.
Tutorial
Added a tutorial mechanic with a basic and intermediate chapter. (Advanced chapter should follow.)
Added a popup asking if you want to see the tutorial when starting a new game.
Simulation
Stability now slowly ticks up, even when a place is not under any country's control.
Localization
Diplomatic requests are now fully localizable.
Some of the game is available in French.
Fixed various minor error occurring due to use of uninitialized localization variables.
Netcode
Improved game synchronization in multiplayer.
Implemented a desync detection mechanism that informs players if the game desynchhronizes. This can help fix bugs, and reloading the latest save file should always allow players to continue where they left off if they happen to desync. (If your multiplayer game desyncs, please let me know on Discord to help make the game more stable.)
User Interface
Changed the multiselector design (used to switch between interaction layers in the location panel, and in the news screen) to better accomodate different screen sizes.
Fixed: Tooltips in arabic script don't disappear when they should.
Fixed: Instead of part of the plan description to create a custom country being colored, it included the color code.
