addedThe new Kings Origin update is on its way, and this time we are not here to paint a wall: we are here to rebuild the fortress. The game continues to evolve toward a clearer, deeper experience, and above all one more focused on the dungeon as the core of the entire adventure.
addedOne of the most important changes is the unification of the interface. We have gathered the main functions in a single place so navigating the game becomes much simpler and more direct. Quick access options have also been added from rooms and units, so it will no longer be necessary to open full panels to check or manage important information. The dungeon thus becomes the true command center, as befits a lord with ambition and, why not say it, quite a lot of work ahead.
addedThere will also be a new guided tutorial in a separate mode, an improvement decided together with the community to make the onboarding experience clearer and more accessible from the very beginning. No more leaving the player staring into the abyss with an unlit torch
changedAs for progression, we are continuing to deepen the most interesting layers of the system. S and SS ranks will now have greater impact in unit progression, the Lineage system will expand, and new synergies will arrive to reinforce the identity and specialization of each group. In other words: more decisions, more combinations, more possibilities to build an army worthy of legend... or of a glorious disaster.
addedThe update will also bring map challenges, new maps, a new lord, and for the first time, the range rank mechanic. Until now, combat worked in a more contained way, where units acted when detecting enemies inside their rooms. With this new system, combat gains an extra tactical layer and battlefield awareness, opening the door to richer and more strategic encounters.
