KILLER INN changes
We’ve revealed some of what’s coming in 0.9.4 during our official livestream LIVE CHECK-IN #2.5. If you haven’t yet, check out this article for all the details!
We are carefully reading through each and every piece of feedback shared by the community, and are currently working on the final adjustments. Once again, thank you so very much for all of your valuable opinions. We are working hard to ensure this update is something everyone will enjoy!
Here are some additional details that we weren't able to fully cover during the livestream!
How do I unlock the new characters?
Just like other characters, they can be unlocked using either 100 Character Tickets or 1,000 Lupite.
Will there be adjustments to existing characters?
For 0.9.4, we plan to keep adjustments to existing characters to a minimum.
What about improvements for beginner players?
We are currently pushing forward with development to have these ready in time for the 0.9.4 release.
Do I need to pre-register to participate in the Twitch Drops event?
No pre-registration is required for either viewers or streamers! Please check the event guidelines, which will be released at a later date, for more details.
One of the major challenges currently facing KILLER INN is "beginner player retention." Unfortunately, the "Beginner Match" feature implemented in 0.9.3 is not functioning as well as we hoped, and we are still seeing situations where players with vastly different skill levels are placed in the same match.
For this reason, we have scaled back the volume of the game balance adjustments originally planned, and are prioritizing the development of a new system tailored for beginners. Our top priority is to improve the environment so that as many people as possible can enjoy their stay at KILLER INN.
Through future updates, we will continue our development efforts to create an environment where all players—both beginners and veterans alike—can have fun. Please look forward to the release of 0.9.4, and future updates!
