Hello, Friends!

This update brings a long-awaited feature "multiple save slots", a major balance pass for maps and arenas, and a host of bug fixes. It's a great time to return to the KIBORG!

✨ New Key Feature: Multiple Save Slots

  • You now have 3 independent game save slots!

    • Start a new game without losing your main progress.

    • Share your setup with a friend so they can try their hand.

    • Your main progress in Slot #1 remains completely safe.

⚖️ Gameplay Balance

🗺️ Tower Levels:

  • Hardpoint Corridor: The force field has been repositioned to remove an unfair tactical advantage for the player.

  • Tech CorridorAdded spawn points to allow Recruits to use the winch descent.
  • Laser Trap: Its attack can now be blocked for defense.

🏟️ Arenas:

  • Arena 2 (Rework):

    • Players now start the fight with 4 implants for more build flexibility.

    • Novak's health has been slightly reduced.

  • Arena 5Removed 5 final waves. Implants are now granted immediately after defeating the Agents .
  • Arena 6:

    • Mutants in the tubes now spawn randomly. The pool includes: Lancer, Cutter, Slender, Ripper, Recruit, and Host.

    • SpikeFixed the area of effect (AoE) of his attack.
    • ButcherIncreased base damage.
  • Arena Rewards (General Rework): Rewards for completing Arenas 2 through 6 have been significantly revised and now range from ~300 to 750 Data, depending on difficulty and performance.

🩹 Improvements & Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an annoying bug that could cause a player's action (blocking, shooting, etc.) to become stuck during a sudden safe drop.

  • Fixed a rare bug that caused Novak to spawn underground and die if a player was standing in his spawn point.

  • "Whisper" fight: A door now functions properly where there was previously just a hole in the wall.

  • Interface: Minor color scheme fixes for menu buttons to improve readability.

  • AudioAdjusted the frequency and volume of the Arena Announcer's voice lines.
  • Fixed a bug causing brief game freezes when saving settings changes on some PC configurations.
