Fixed some cases where enemies would get stuck under the floor, preventing the combat arena from being completed.
Fixed a rare case where bullets (from primary weapons) would fly past the enemy.
Fixed a rare case where a room could unload directly from under the player's feet, causing the hero to fall into the void (this mainly happened in the bar or event rooms).
Updated collapses, brought back the normal roll, and added invincible enemies — we think it's now much more "fun".
When you have dual firearms (primary or secondary), the HUD icon now reflects this.
Accelerated the Butcher's resurrection process.
Fixed primary weapon aiming in co-op.
