Kemopop! changes
Thank you for the support with the release of Boys in Hawaii!. Overall, it has been a success!!! The concurrent Steam player record was broken on the expansion's launch, and I am keen to make further content that expands the scope of Kemopop!. Thank you to the guest artists, translators and testers involved.
Hello, Kemopop! and Boys in Hawaii! have been updated.
Boys in Hawaii!
[Guestbook] Added new fanart and a timelapse to the Gumball Machine.
[Optimisation] Asagi Beach (the main Boys in Hawaii!) background has been greatly optimised to reduce issues with lower-performance systems.
[Fix] Added missing refill quote for Piña.
[Fix] Piña (Hyper) was using the wrong refill quotes, and now uses quotes intended for the stage.
Be sure to update Boys in Hawaii! to get these changes.
Kemopop!
[Fix] Several spelling and grammar issues in the English version of the game have been rectified.
[Fix] Fixed a duplicate line in Cake's hyper stage intro.
[Fix] Special Weapons no longer process while the game is paused.
While not yet complete, the Chinese translations of the game have seen significant improvements since the last build. A big thankyou to the translators of the Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese localisations of the game!!!!!
Please stay tuned for improvements to the Japanese and Korean translations of Kemopop!.
Stay tuned for a surprise next week!!!!
Edit: Wow, I made an announcement for 2.0.3-2.0.5 notes and never posted it, so I'll add these:
[Fix] Leftover debug key that would trigger a character's bonus event scene.
[Optimisation] Added some mipmaps for some larger images, which should resolve some issues rendering them on lower-end devices (nb: not sure if this works. needs testing).
[Fix] Improved the behaviour when trying to select a character in a campaign that has not yet been unlocked.
