Character Transfer & Character Rename Now Available!
The cost of both services depends on the level of the character being renamed or migrated, at a rate of USD 1 per level. Limitations:
Both services require the character to be at least level 40.
If the character being renamed or migrated belongs to an Ashram, our staff will remove them automatically. If the character is the Ashram owner, the GM will require the player to leave the Ashram themselves so the system can assign a new owner.
For character migrations, only equipped items and whatever the character can carry in their inventory will be included. Storage contents and premium services cannot be migrated to a new account.
For rename requests, the name selected by our staff will be applied exactly as written in the request, including uppercase and lowercase letters.
Depending on the number of requests we have at the time of your submission, processing your request may take up to 72 hours. You may continue playing normally while you wait. Once your request is processed, your character will be automatically disconnected from the game. Additionally, we have introduced a new way to distribute gifts. Through the support portal, players can now claim free rewards. These gifts will be announced through our usual channels and will have an expiration date.
