Roadmap for the remainder of 2023

addedVastly rework and improve sound design, including specific sound effects for weapons and hits, but with an emphasis on ambient sounds - Work on city navigation; while a map won't be available as a feature for now, I want the city to be able to be traversed by looking at landscapes and recognizable buildings - Shooting 2.0: Ranged weapons have really been left behind in terms of development and quality. One of the tasks will be to improve the feel of every weapon and also to implement a dismemberment system that will enhance the role of ranged weapons. Dismembered enemies will feature modified animations and behaviors, adding another layer to combat - Rework abilities and make them more meaningful. Several abilities don't feel worthy to be used, so I will keep working on them

Following the release of the latest DEMO build, I'm paving the way to the release of a fully-playable alpha build. In order to achieve this, there are several aspects of the game that still need polishing and further development. During the remainder of the year I will focus on improving the following:

  • Vastly rework and improve sound design, including specific sound effects for weapons and hits, but with an emphasis on ambient sounds - Work on city navigation; while a map won't be available as a feature for now, I want the city to be able to be traversed by looking at landscapes and recognizable buildings - Shooting 2.0: Ranged weapons have really been left behind in terms of development and quality.
