Hello everyone!

This is our very first devlog, and we’re excited to finally share a bit of what we’ve been working on in KAGE

We’ll be using these posts to show our progress, talk about development, and give you a closer look at how the game is taking shape.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Movement

Lately, a lot of attention has been on movement.

The goal is to make it feel fast, responsive and fluid.

Wall running and vertical traversal play a big role in the experience, giving players more freedom of movement and a more dynamic way to approach situations.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Enemies

We’ve also started working on enemies.

Right now, we’re experimenting with different types - including monsters and ninja-style opponents.

Each of them is designed to feel distinct, making encounters more dynamic, intense… and sometimes a bit crazy.

Everything is still a work in progress, and we’re continuing to test and refine things as we go.

Right now, we’re focusing on combat styles and weapons, we’ll be sharing more about that in the next devlog.

Thank you for being here and supporting KAGE

More soon👹
