Since the release of the Early Access, there has been a lot of contemplation. Evaluations have changed in a complex manner, and people have experienced a lot of inconvenience in gaming. Among them, the aspect that people found most inconvenient is the stat system.

The reason for initially introducing this system was to add puzzle elements to a game that involves killing ordinary zombies, aiming to provide a fresh sense of fun.

However, there were significant issues with this aspect.

To break it down, when players entered the game store page, they immediately saw trailers of killing zombies, suggesting that the game was straightforward and action-packed. However, upon entering the game, many found the numerous puzzles and the tedious stat system irritating, leading to disappointment for those who had high expectations based on the trailers.

People wanted a game where they could kill zombies, explore maps, and grow themselves, not to enter a game to solve puzzles.

Therefore, realizing that this aspect was flawed, we decided to completely remove the system of using stats to open doors.

In addition, based on the feedback you provided, we made many other changes. To summarize...

  1. The system of using stats to open doors has been removed.

  2. You can now use the axe right from the beginning. (People want to use the axe immediately to kill zombies after watching the trailer. However, unlike the trailer, they couldn't kill zombies right away in the actual game. Therefore, to satisfy players, we decided to provide the axe immediately.)

  3. In the later stages, you can obtain the generator without combining it in a 3x3 grid. (People who entered the game expecting a zombie-killing experience would find the 3x3 combination and tedious puzzles exhausting. Therefore, we decided to remove the part where you combine in a 3x3 grid and provide the generator directly.)

  4. You can increase your abilities through stats to help in combat, but it is not mandatory to level up stats. (We changed leveling up stats to be optional, minimizing inconvenience in using the game.)

  1. Increased the attack range of the axe.

  2. You can skip the boss battle videos. (Press ESC or Backspace to skip the videos that play during boss battles.)

  3. Removed the puzzle to enter the early shop.

  4. Increased the healing kit recovery speed.

  5. Changed the save screen to display the time.

  6. Modified the tutorial.

(All modifications have been completed in this manner.)

I have now completed up to the 4th section of the game. As I play through the game up to the 4th section, I am debugging, balancing, and testing to see what difficulties players may encounter when playing this game.

I plan to release the official version soon. The playtime is estimated to be between 4 to 5 hours.

I will continue to work even harder to provide you with a better game.
