I know many of you have been struggling with the game's performance (and frankly, there's still a lot of work to be done).

First of all, I apologize, but we can't always fix everything quickly.

Secondly, the new build is already live, and it includes:

  • Fixed major FPS drops during mid-to-late game (heavy calculations were running every frame inside the draw loop β€” rookie mistake, I know)

  • Main menu intro no longer tanks FPS on integrated GPUs

  • VSync removed to prevent the 60β†’30 FPS cliff on weaker hardware - Texture page optimized for fewer GPU texture swaps

  • Game now starts in windowed mode β€” you can resize, drag, and Alt+Enter for fullscreen

  • GUI now adapts to non-16:9 aspect ratios (fixes UI clipping on 1440p and ultrawide)

  • Fixed cursor disappearing for some users

  • Removed ugly black overlay squares from the shop screen

Please, whire here if nothing has improved for you and you continue to get hellish lags around 5 fps. I'll try to figure this out ASAP (on my not-so-powerful PC, it never drops below 30 fps)

Wish you great playing!
