Full Jingjie: Signals update
Read the full published notes in a cleaner layout. The original post stays linked below.
Traditional RPGs, RTSs, and SIMs lock true sovereignty inside black-box algorithms: you can manipulate the outcome, but you can never touch the boundaries of Interpretation, Narrative, and Memory.
The Jingjie Engine Constitution v1 does the opposite: it makes these boundaries visible and controllable— interpretation authority, narrative authority, and memory authority.
Key Rulings
Interpretation Authority Rules, genes, particles, and fast weights do not own interpretation authority. It exists only in structural anchors: the Semantic Freeze Table, layer boundaries, the editor, and FWP slow-weight matrices.
Semantic Freeze Meanings are frozen; intensities can change.
Death to RNG “Source-less change” is treated as low-grade randomness. The system must preserve a traceable causal chain.
FWP Cognitive Architecture (Slow + Fast Weights)
A dual-weight mechanism
Slow Weights (instinct) + Fast Weights (experiential memory) : Behavior = instinct mapping + accumulated experience.
Propagation is rewritten
a “virus” cannot rewrite DNA—only what you’re biased to notice ( Attention ) and how fast you learn/solidify ( Ψ ).
