Jet Rush changes
Let me start off by saying thank you for being patient. I am new to being a father and am still trying to navigating how my time is spent! Without a doubt, time spent with my family is most important to me and because game development isn't my paying job (unfortunately), Jet Rush has been on the back burner.
That said... here is an update that I couldn't be more excited to share! I'm sure there will be some bugs or ideas so feel free to join the discord and let me know.
Core:
Added track buoys to underwater and high above water to help show the track path.
Updated how the water get's built/rendered. There should be a large performance boost because of this.
Total overhaul of how the menus and how the game recognizes keyboard/Mouse or a controller inputs. This effort took the most time from us.
Every level has had the foliage systems worked over. They should now be more formant. (Particularly levels with landscape)
Settings have been refined.
Music player has been removed. Music now randomizes.
New Content:
Gallery overhaul!
Along with being able to set custom colors for the boats, you can now apply specialty skins.
These skins can be purchased with the in-game coin currency. Coins are earned through the different modes. Each mode grants a different amount of coins based on difficulty.
In celebration of getting back into Jet Rush development, enjoy 1,000 coins on us! Also, thank you for being patent! Get yourself somethin' nice!
There has been many small and large changes to every available map from track design to item placement. This is based on feedback of which I could not be more grateful for.
Watch out for the new threat in the Open Ocean level... he'll get yeah!
Visuals:
Track buoys have a unique look if they float above water or are below the water surface.
Water performance updates.
Menu systems have been updated to work more efficiently.
Squashed Bugs:
The boost gauge bug has been fixed and now represents exactly how much boost you have in the tank.
Honestly... there are so many bugs squished, I don't care to type them all out lol

Regions still need to be updated so some text may not be translated.
