Physics and Rendering Test

This is a big/small update. I am trying to gather data about how physics are getting rendered. Unfortunately at this point, velocity is being impacted by framerate. Although coded not to, I am still seeing this issue.

Although coded not to, I am still seeing this issue. Even though it's minor, it's unacceptable to be able to move faster or slower based on someones FPS. It invalidates someone's timestamp during the race.
