Jet Island changes
Thank you everyone for the amazing feedback! It has been so helpful to helping me improve the game!
Major Changes:
Improved Tutorial
New intro boss fight after exiting the tutorial, jump right into the action!
All boss fights now give you ability upgrades!
Hookshot Retract Ability, reel yourself in while holding hookshot button + trigger.
Power Jump Ability, bend your knees and stand up fast to do a power jump off of the ground!
Gun Upgrades, long-shot, power-shot, and auto-charge!
Unlock drone locations on map after beating the final boss!
Minor Changes:
Upgrade crystals after defeating a boss are now used to help guide the player towards the boss chamber exit tunnel.
Select max number of player when creating a new online game.
Increased hookshot pull strength to make it easier to climb up the sides of buildings and mountains.
Adjusted starting stats, jet fuel now lasts longer to make it easier for new players to navigate.
Fixed collision detection bug where camera used to shake while hanging on the side of a wall.
Fixed collision bug where you used to be able to pull the ground up to your knees while off your hoverboard.
Fixed display messages for checkpoint and upgrades not being able to be seen through walls.
Boss towers islands are now marked on the map with roman numerals to indicate their order.
Fixed checkpoint bug on the 3rd underground boss when hitting the water after defeating him.
North, South, East, & West added to the map to help with communication in multiplayer.
A few minor buildings and jumps added to the first and second island.
