addedCHALLENGES After completing the game and restarting your quest, a new character will show up to offer you some challenges. Complete all challenges for some brand new and powerful equipment. These challenges include Speed Circuits which will be races against the clock to the finish flag, Ruby Rushes in which you will have to collect all of the rubies within the time limit, Monster Mash in which you will have to defeat all of the enemies in the area, and last but not least, 3-Hit Wonder challenges where you must reach the finish without taking anymore than three hits.
changedTHE ETHEREAL REALM A portal to the Ethereal will become available upon restarting your quest. This will be a challenging area with very powerful enemies that can defeat you in one hit, unless of course you are able to receive the treasured equipment from the challenges. The Ultima Buster and Flight Orb will be needed for this area as well. Complete this area to take on a powerful super boss, and claim yet another reward upon defeating it.
